Client responsibility

Sage Harvest provides advisory perspectives, analysis and recommendations. Responsibility for management, investment, commercial and strategic decisions remains with the relevant client, board or authorised decision-maker.

Advisory recommendations involve judgement and uncertainty. Sage Harvest does not guarantee particular commercial, financial, operational, investment or other outcomes.

Engagement terms

The scope, responsibilities, deliverables, confidentiality arrangements, fees and other obligations applicable to an assignment are established through the relevant engagement documentation.
