Our approach

Information shared with Sage Harvest in connection with a potential or confirmed engagement is handled with appropriate discretion and care.

• Information is used for the purpose for which it has been provided or as otherwise agreed.
• Access is limited, where reasonably practicable, to people or service providers who need the information for the relevant purpose.
• Confidential information is not intentionally disclosed to third parties except where authorised, required by law, or necessary for agreed professional or service-provider purposes.
• Appropriate safeguards are used for documents and information under our control.
• Confidentiality expectations may continue after completion of an engagement, subject to applicable law and the terms agreed with the client.

Initial enquiries

An initial enquiry through the Sage Harvest website or by email does not, by itself, establish a formal client relationship or a comprehensive confidentiality obligation.

Please do not send commercially sensitive, confidential or restricted information in an initial enquiry. A brief description of the challenge is normally sufficient for an initial conversation.

Engagement-specific terms

Where an assignment involves material confidential information, Sage Harvest may recommend an appropriate confidentiality agreement or include confidentiality provisions in the engagement documentation. The confidentiality obligations applicable to a particular assignment will be governed by the relevant engagement letter, NDA or other written terms agreed with the client.
